Job Description:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Type: Freelance

Location: Remote

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to support our digital marketing efforts. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting inspiring, engaging, and creative content focused on female wellness, embodiment, and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience, adhering to Feel's brand and design guidelines. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across multiple platforms.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse performance using social media analytics tools; adjust campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain active engagement within our social media communities. Respond to comments, manage discussions, and build a positive community culture.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Feel’s founders to ensure content and strategies align with the company’s mission and goals.

  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Implement innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of the wellness industry.

Skills & Experience:

  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing.

  • Creative, with the ability to write engaging captions and curate content.

  • Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and enhancing conversions, either for personal projects or other brands.

  • Understanding of social media platforms and how to engage audiences.

  • Familiarity with analytics tools.

  • Open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced startup environment.


Contract Details:

  • This is a remote freelancer role.

  • Payment will be based on agreed project deliverables or hourly rates.

  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and market standards.
