Integration
This practice actively shifts your nervous system and your internal energy patterns. Breath, trance, and focused attention change how your body holds sensation, emotion, and expectation. After a session like this, the body continues processing what was activated, especially through rest and sleep.
To support your body and nervous system after this practice:
Drink more water than usual today. Breathwork and trance increase physiological demand and hydration supports regulation and integration.
Slow your pace this evening. Avoid overloading your system and allow space for settling.
Prioritise sleep. Deep rest is where much of the nervous system processing completes.
Pay attention to your dreams. Vivid or symbolic dreams are common after trance-based practices and often reflect subconscious integration. Treat them as information.
Repeat this practice 2–4 times over the next few days. Repetition helps the nervous system recognise the desired state as familiar and stable rather than temporary.
Consistent practice is what turns an experience into a real shift. Read on to know how to introduce pleasureful consistency into your life.
