Please view this model to get familiar with the anatomy of the muscles that support our sexual organs and our spine, and play a big role in opening our sexual energy centre. Lack of connection and weakness of pelvic floor muscles can lead to serious health issues; while connectedness, and awareness that result from exercising them lead to more pleasure, confidence, health, better posture, and so many more benefits. You are invited to do your research about these muscles.
