This journey is self-paced and designed to integrate deeply into your life — not compete with it.
a) The ideal pace for most women is one session per week (1–1.5 hours). At this rhythm you complete the full journey in around 6 months, while feeling the impact from the very first session across all areas of your life.
b) If life calls for more spaciousness, one session every two weeks (3 hours per month) gives you a fully transformational year — with room to integrate each teaching deeply. Our 5–15 minute daily practices keep you connected in between.
And if you feel called to go deeper in a more condensed way, one educational session plus one ritual per week (around 3 hours per week) completes the entire journey in 3 months.
