Job Title: Social Media Strategist and Manager (Consultant)

Job Type: Consultant (Retainer-Based)

Location: Remote

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist and Manager to join our team on a consultancy basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting inspiring, engaging, and creative content focused on female wellness, embodiment, and personal growth. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance our social media presence, engage our community, and convert followers into members of our growing platform.

This position requires an understanding of social media dynamics & trends, the ability to work with KPIs, and the flexibility to adjust strategies in line with our startup's evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a robust social media strategy that aligns with our mission, increases engagement, and drives membership growth.

  • Content Creation and Management: produce engaging content that resonates with our target audience, adhering to Feel's brand and design guidelines. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across multiple platforms.

  • Efficiency through team management: Train and manage interns or assistants to support content creation and daily social media operations. Ensure all team efforts are aligned with strategic goals.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance using social media analytics tools; adjust campaigns and strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • KPI Management: Establish and manage key performance indicators for social media activities (alongside the founders); regularly report achievements and challenges to the founding team.

  • Community Engagement: Foster and maintain active engagement within our social media communities. Respond to comments, manage discussions, and build a positive community culture.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Feel’s founders and potentially oversee future social media assistants and interns. Ensure all team efforts are aligned with strategic goals.

  • Innovation and Adaptation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices. Implement innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of the wellness industry.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts and enhancing conversions, supported by specific examples and results, either for personal projects or other brands.

  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and strategies that foster community engagement and drive membership or product uptake.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

  • Creative and innovative approach to content creation, with a strong ability to adapt content to various social media channels while maintaining brand coherence.

  • Excellent ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences in the wellness, lifestyle, or personal growth sectors.

  • Capability to work autonomously and in a startup environment, showing initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.


Contract Details:

  • This is a remote consultancy role paid on a retainer basis.

  • Expected commitment of agreed hours per month with the flexibility required to meet project demands.

  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and market standards.
