Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Feel, a membership platform providing wellness, embodiment, and personal growth services. Feel is a trading name of Femtech Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England with registration number 13966734. Our registered office is at 107-109 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 6QG, United Kingdom.
By accessing the website or subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with these Terms, which are governed by the laws of England. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2. Membership
Feel offers three membership tiers:
Founding Membership: Full access to online members portal, audio-guided practices and discounts, priority access and pricing.
Monthly Membership: Full access to online members portal, audio-guided practices and members-only discounts.
Supporter Membership: Limited access to online members portal, audio-guided practices and event discounts.
Memberships are auto-renewing unless cancelled by the user. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months. If you cancel and wish to rejoin, you may only do so under current membership rates.
3. Content Access
As a member, you will have access to video and audio content, online workshops, and other offerings. Content is for personal use only and cannot be shared or redistributed.
4. User Responsibilities
Members are responsible for ensuring their login credentials are secure. Any misuse or unauthorized access resulting from negligence is the user’s responsibility.
5. WhatsApp and Telegram Groups
Feel provides WhatsApp and Telegram groups for members to receive information. These groups are for information-sharing purposes only, not for advice or fostering connections between participants. Feel is not liable for how members interpret or use the shared content or for any connections they may form within these groups. Members assume full responsibility for their interactions.
6. Health Disclaimer
Feel's practices are educational and self-development tools, not medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before engaging in any new health or wellness program. Feel is not liable for any injuries or issues that may arise from participating in the practices offered.
7. Expert Practitioner Recommendations Disclaimer
Feel acts solely as a platform to recommend independent practitioners. Feel does not guarantee the quality or outcomes of these sessions and is not liable for any dissatisfaction, issues, or consequences arising from the services provided by the practitioners. By discovering an expert / practitioner through our platform, customers acknowledge that practitioners operate independently from Feel.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and cancelling your membership. Access to membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for time remaining after cancellation.
9. Event Ticket Sales
Tickets to Feel events are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified on the ticket page. If a ticket page indicates specific cancellation terms, those terms will apply. Refund exceptions may be made at the discretion of Feel for extenuating circumstances, but they are not guaranteed.
10. Eligibility
Membership and event participation are restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
11. Changes to Services
Feel reserves the right to modify or discontinue services, including membership content or pricing, with prior notice to users. If significant changes are made, users will have the option to cancel their membership.
12. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the platform, including text, videos, images, and workshops, remains the property of Feel. Unauthorised copying, sharing, or resale of content is strictly prohibited.
13. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for detailed information.
14. Limitation of Liability
Feel is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Feminine Power Blueprint Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation of The Feminine Power Blueprint (the "Program"), 3-months online course starting on the 10th of April 2025, sold and provided by Feel. Feel is a trading name of Femtech Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England with registration number 13966734. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing and enrolling in the The Feminine Power Blueprint program (the "Program"), you (the "Participant") agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all ticket types, including Early Bird, General Enrollment, and Patron Ticket options. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase the Program.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment:
Early Bird tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
General Enrolment offers a two-part payment plan. The first instalment is due at the time of enrolment, and the second instalment must be completed by the 10th of April. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the Program.
Accepted payment methods: Online payments via credit/debit card or PayPal.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including if you decide not to participate in the Program or change your mind after enrolling.
3. Program Access & Intellectual Property
Program Duration & Access:
The Program consists of three months of live classes.
Participants will have access to recordings for six months from the start date of the course. After this period, access will be discontinued.
Intellectual Property:
All content provided in the Program, including videos, workbooks, live session materials, and any other resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Feel. Participants may not share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials without explicit written permission.
4. Inclusivity & Participant Eligibility
By opting into this course, you acknowledge that the content of the course is designed specifically for cisgender women—women who identify as women and were born as biological females.
We love and respect all gender identities; however, this Program focuses on the biological and energetic experiences of women, including womb wisdom, hormonal cycles, and feminine embodiment practices. This ensures that we can provide the most aligned and effective teachings.

5. Participant Conduct
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to act with kindness, respect, and professionalism toward all facilitators and fellow participants.
Bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If a participant engages in harmful conduct, we reserve the right to remove them from the Program without refund.
Live Calls & Attire:
Participants must be fully clothed during live calls if their cameras are on.
The live sessions are a safe, respectful space and all attendees must maintain appropriate behavior at all times.
6. Wellbeing & Medical Disclaimer
The teachings in this Program incorporate esoteric, ancient, and holistic practices, including but not limited to breathwork, energy work, yoni steaming, tantric and Taoist practices, and embodiment rituals.
We do not provide medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice. All content is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical guidance.
Certain practices, such as yoni steaming, have not been extensively studied by modern science, and there is insufficient scientific evidence to support some claims made in holistic and ancient traditions.
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and should consult with their doctor or licensed healthcare professional before implementing any significant lifestyle or health changes. Feel and its facilitators are not liable for any personal health outcomes resulting from participation in this Program.
7. Cancellation & Removal from the Program
Program Removal:
Any participant engaging in bullying, harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or violating community standards may be removed from the Program without refund.
No Refund Upon Removal: If a participant is removed due to misconduct, they will not receive a refund or credit for future programs.
8. Force Major
Feel shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures in Program delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, natural disasters, labor strikes, technical failures, or platform shutdowns ("Force Major").
If such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and notify participants of any major changes.
9. Changes to Live Classes & Program Timing
Feel reserves the right to modify the timing of live classes or other elements of the Program as needed. Reasonable notice will be given in the event of scheduling changes, and efforts will be made to accommodate participants whenever possible.
10. No Guarantees of Results
The Feminine Power Blueprint is a personal development and embodiment program. While it is designed to provide powerful transformational tools, Feel makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Your results will depend on your individual effort, background, and engagement in the Program.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and that no specific results are promised.
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage participants to first reach out to our support team at hello@feelwomen.com.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation before escalating to legal proceedings.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
