Day 16: Shake off what's still in the way of reaching your full potential

We are repeating this shaking practice during the challenge a few times. Each time you do it, you will have a different, unique experience. Be gentle and compassionate with yourself, and surrender into the practice. Today, let’s peel off another layer of stagnant emotions, to deepen our practice and get more connected to the very essence of our being.

By now we’ve done a lot of self-discovery and reconnection work, and a lot of patterns and blocks, or even fears and frustrations might have surfaced. It is important to repeat this practice and peel off another layer of stagnant emotions, to continue further discovering your full potential.
