Day 17, 18 & 19: Become deserving of your desires (self-paced journaling)

You will need a pen and paper for this practice as well as a comfortable space for a seated meditation.

By now, we've released a lot of stagnant energy and created space for receptivity. Practice this embodied journaling exercise for three consecutive days to gain clarity and embody your desires, thus starting to magnetise them into your life.

A few recommendations:

  • Choose a single desire to focus on for this exercise, and repeat the practice for all three days in a row with the same desire. This way, you will teach your body to feel that desire through repetition, which will benefit your manifestation practice.

  • When hearing the journaling prompts, do not overthink the answers. Simply write down whatever comes up first.
