A monthly Dance & Sauna experience by Feel — to awaken your body, free your expression, and connect with others through movement, presence, and joy. Open to all genders and levels of experience.
Why Join?
Your body is a gateway to bliss. Yet, in a world that prioritises thinking over feeling, many of us have forgotten how to access the natural ecstasy that is already within us.
Through embodiment practices, ecstatic dance, and heart-opening connection, you will:
Awaken the pleasure that already lives in your body
Learn about simple practices that help nurture your natural bliss and ecstasy.
Move, breathe, and express yourself freely—in a safe and supportive, elegant container.
Meet likeminded people in a space of authenticity and playfulness
Leave feeling radiant, open, and in love with life and your body.
What awaits you:
We begin with a guided embodiment practice to help you land in your body, open your senses, and access the natural bliss within. Through somatic practices, we cultivate safety, aliveness, and deeper awareness — so when the music begins, you’re ready to move freely.
There is no choreography, no performance — just your own personal expression.
After the dance, you’re invited to unwind in the &Soul social sauna. There is nothing quite like this combination of movement, like-minded people, and sauna relaxation. It’s a unique space to meet others in a way that feels real — heart-led, playful, and energetically alive.
Everything is optional. You are free to explore in a way that feels right for you.
Who is this for:
This space is open to all genders and all levels of experience. No prior experience needed—just an open heart and a curious mind.
“Feel events are always so elegant, nourishing and safely held. I’ve learnt how my I literally can change my energy and as a result what attract what I truly want by visiting these workshops. Thank you!”

Only in the best way! 😉 But in all seriousness, the space is held with deep care, respect, and clear boundaries. This is not about performing or impressing anyone—it’s about discovering new ways of being in your own body, in a way that feels natural and freeing.

Perfect. There are no steps to follow, no routines to memorise. Ecstatic dance is about moving however your body wants to move—whether that’s swaying gently, lying on the floor, or dancing with wild abandon.
