Sacred Body Meditation
A guided meditation in a candle-lit setting - to bring attention out of the mind and back into the body, and honour the body as sacred.

This practice invites you to slow down and reconnect with the body as a place of intuition, safety, power and presence. Through simple guidance, you’re supported to sense physical sensations, energy centers, and subtle channels where energy flows —shifting from analysing life to actually feeling it, and from trying to be someone - to just being.
This is a space to relax, release tension and give the body care and attention, to restore warmth and ease, and to remember a more natural sense of joy, pleasure, and inner connection.
After the meditation, there is an optional social circle for those who wish to stay and connect with like-minded people who value presence, depth, and living in relationship with their bodies.
