What to Prepare
A private space where you won’t be disturbed, such as your bed or your favourite yoga matt in a room that you can fully close
A mirror (optional but beautiful)
Coconut oil or your favourite lube
Soft lighting or candles (optional but beautiful)
A scarf or blanket to lie on or wrap around you
Headphones for a more immersive experience
A journal for post-ritual reflections

Mariya Grinina is a certified embodiment teacher and tantric love, sex & relationship coach. She is the host of the Feminine Power Podcast and the founder of Feel - the feminine embodiment platform, providing women with education and daily embodiment practice in areas of spiritual and personal development, sexuality, self-love, confidence and intimacy.
In her private coaching, she uses somatic practices and mindset shifts to support women in tapping into feminine energy in business & relationships, connecting to the feminine cycle and sexual energy to bring balance to our busy lives, healing the relationship with sexuality, and learning to use it as a creative power, source of self-love and confidence.
