Here is how to practice:

Find a private space & headphones

You want to be in a private environment where you feel safe and free to make a sound, move and express yourself.

Headphones will enhance your experience.

Prepare yourself

Wear comfortable, cozy clothes or no clothes. Release any distractions (turn off your phone!) and commit to 20 minutes of presence.

Sit down comfortably, and turn on the audio

Simply follow the audio guidance intuitively (there is no right or wrong) and stay present till the very end.

Integrate

After the practice, stay silent and alone for at least half an hour. Drink some hot tea and allow your body to relax and this experience to sink in.
