I know this because I lived it
I built a technology company at 21 years old immigrant without business education or family backing. Raised £1 million. Was named one of the top 10 young entrepreneurs in the UK — the only woman on the list.
What almost no one knew: the source of that power was not strategy. It was my connection to my body. To my energy. To my intuition.
It was my creating sexual energy flowing in me. And without knowing it, I was creating so much from it.
Then I abandoned it.
In the relentless push of building something, I traded my body connection for productivity. I stopped feeling. I stopped moving. I stopped listening to the inner intelligence that had always guided me. I lived entirely in my head. And then the company faced hardship, and I collapsed — completely.
I had the accolades. The raises. The recognition.
And I had lost myself entirely.
What came back to me at my lowest point was not a strategy or a system. It was a knowing — physical, undeniable, rising from somewhere below thought:

So I did. I entered a deep three-month sexual healing journey. And as I began working with my sexuality — consciously, sacredly, without apology — something extraordinary happened.
The energy started moving again. Not just sexually. Everywhere.
My creativity returned. My confidence returned. My clarity returned. My body came back to life.
I quit my previous life, trained in somatics & embodiment, launched Feel, and now am guiding thousands back to their bodies & sexuality.
Sexual energy gave me more in business than every business book combined. More in my relationships than years of advice or therapy. More in my body than any wellness practice I had ever tried.
