Day 10: Open your heart (15 mins)

*Do not use the connected breath technique in this practice if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular problems, asthma, high blood pressure, recent serious surgery, or epilepsy.

Today we dedicate our practice to the Heart. This heart-activating breathwork & embodied touch supports you in feeling more love, vulnerability and openness within you, and invites you to gently start opening up to more love in life.

Do this practice on your bed or a yoga matt, as you will need to lie down on your back. Feel free to cover yourself with a blanket.

During your heart-activating breathwork, do not push yourself too hard - breathe with the instructions, but let it be soft on your nervous system. You might feel dizzy or even have some tingling sensations in your body - that is normal and will pass in a few moments.

Surrender into the experience and see how you feel after.
