Day 6: Release more, and create space for all that you desire
You’ll need a yoga matt or a comfortable carpet, to be able to comfortably stand on your hands and knees. The key to this practice is to keep moving through the entire practice, even if you are tired and can only move one finger - keep moving it until you are guided to stillness.
Release stagnant energy and create space for the feelings and emotions you desire to bring into your life.
