Day 20, 21 & 22: Embody the life you want (18 mins)

Do this practice after completing the journaling exercise of the previous days. You will need your reflections to work with them for this meditation.

To truly attract what we want into our lives, it is essential to embody the wholeness of that desire, including the responsibility of having that vision achieved.

In this practice, you are guided to get clear on and comfortable with the responsibility that comes with your desire:

Having achieved what you desire, who will you become? What would it enable you to experience? Who will you share it with? What kind of responsibility for yourself and others does that vision come with? Can you feel at ease with that responsibility? And if not, what do you need to do in life, to get comfortable with that responsibility?

Once you get familiar and comfortable with that responsibility, it will become easier to welcome your desire into your life and avoid self-sabotage.
