Entering the body

We begin with a somatic opening — a guided practice to drop from mind into body, releasing the day and arriving fully present. You will feel the difference between thinking about what you want and inhabiting it.

Awakening life force

Through breath, movement, and sensation, we activate the sexual energy at the base of your being — not as something explicit, but as the deep current of aliveness that moves through all creation and pleasure.

The trance state

You will be guided into an altered state — a place between waking and dreaming where the nervous system becomes malleable, the body open, and the subconscious mind soft and suggestible. This is where real change is seeded.

IV

The manifestation

From inside this state of expanded aliveness, we direct the energy toward a specific desire. Not a thought, but a felt reality. The body learns what it is moving toward — and begins to move there on its own.

Integration & sealing

We close the ritual together — grounding what was opened, anchoring what was created, and returning to ordinary life carrying something real. You will leave changed, not just inspired.

The solstice field

There is a particular power to doing this together, live, on the solstice. A shared field forms. The practice amplifies when many women hold the same intention at once. This is why we gather.
