Polarity creates attraction. When you understand the roles that bring charge into a connection, intimacy comes alive.
In this workshop, you explore the roles of dominant and submissive in a safe and elegant way. There is no humiliation or pain here. Instead, you use these roles as a sacred game: to take control and lead your partner into blissful surrender, or to devote yourself fully, open, let go, and allow your partner to lead you.
You learn to step into these roles in an embodied way, build deep trust, and create magical, ritual-like experiences for your partner.
If you come alone, you are welcome to learn these roles and bring them into your intimate life. You are free to stay back and learn on your own or partner up with another participant.

Sex educator and teacher of power dynamics
Mistress Madeline is a sex educator, NYC-based Dominatrix, and co-host of the kink podcast You Like It.
Her work focuses on erotic intelligence through tantra, BDSM, power dynamics, and polarity.

You are welcome to come together or alone. If you come alone, you can learn these roles and bring them into your intimate life. You are free to stay back and learn on your own or partner up with another participant.

Wear something that makes you feel powerful and sensual, or bring an outfit to change into. Dressing up helps you step into a deeper level of embodiment.

A water bottle, and any toys you have (or willing to get!), such as a flogger, a gag, a rope, an eye mask, feathers, or a long silky scarf you can use to tie.
Get creative and bring beautiful things you can use in this workshop and beyond.

Yes. You are always free to pause, adapt a practice, or simply observe.

Yes. Polarity and Power Dynamics is part of Intentional Intimacy, a series of five workshops across two Sundays in London. You can book single workshops or save with a full series ticket.

Yes. No experience is needed. If you already explore power dynamics, you will deepen your practice with new tools and perspectives.

No. The roles of dominant and submissive are explored in loving way, as a practice of trust, leading, and surrender.
