Day 25: Embodied power - release emotional baggage

The next step in embodying our true power is about shedding the layers that hold us back from ascending to our next level of personal growth. This time, we are going to express rage and aggression - something that a lot of women had been conditioned to suppress, hide and often not even feel it at all.

Numbness and avoidance of any emotions doesn’t let them dissolve or release - this rather creates an emotional baggage that keeps weighting us down, while we might not even notice it.

Today, you are invited to release rage physically from your body.

Allow yourself to fully express the emotions that often remain under the surface—rage, aggression, and frustration. If you believe you don’t harbor any anger, I encourage you to engage with this exercise nonetheless. This is about experiencing, not intellectualizing. Let your body lead and your mind follow.

You’ll need a pillow for this practice. Use it as a tool to physically manifest and release your feelings.
