Full expanding breath all the way into the lower belly is a transformative practice that invites us to inhale deeply, filling the belly with life-giving air, and to exhale slowly, releasing not just carbon dioxide but also the layers of shame and tension that reside within us.
By learning to breath and shamelessly expand our bellies, we learn to open up to live and receive more.
First and foremost, trust in yourself. There is no right or wrong way to have your first practice. Just turn on the audio, and allow yourself to experience your body.
