Day 5: Release stagnant energy (11 mins)

Shaking allows the body to open, release and soften. It invites the life force of the Earth - the vital energy to enter and flow into our system, to move the stagnancy and blockages, release stress and emotions and nurture us when we feel stiff, rigid, fatigued or tense. Shaking will leave you feeling more alive, activated, open and ready for pleasure.

We will practice this active meditation a few times during the 28 days, as it is a deeply effective release of stagnation from he bodily tissues - and each time you do it, you will release a different emotion and create space for further growth.
