Day 3: Set intentions for the program (15 mins)

Find a comfortable seat and place your journal & pen nearby.

This is a visualisation meditation and a journaling practice. This practice will support you in creating a vision of your future and staying aligned with your intentions.

When visualising your future self, do not think about when you will get there and how you will get there. Allow yourself to see and feel the future of your dreams. Expand your body & breath as you do so, to teach your nervous system to feel comfortable with this vision.

In your journaling practice, write 1-10 sentences, describing how your future self FEELS. Not what she has. But how she feels in her body.
